Leopoldo Velazquez is a Senior Economic Analyst with Elliott D. Pollack & Company. Mr. Velazquez is responsible for maintaining and developing an extensive database with multiple economic, demographic and real estate market data sources at local, state, and national level. The database provides the foundation for the company’s array of economic analysis. In addition, he produces numerous presentations for a broad spectrum of business executives, enabling them to easily grasp and utilize economic and fiscal trends. His duties also include researching and managing economic conditions for a variety of presentations and consulting assignments.

Mr. Velazquez has extensive experience providing research support for market and feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, economic and revenue forecasting, and litigation support for both public and private sector organizations. In addition, he has experience working with affordable housing issues and initiatives, and is familiar with economic and fiscal impact models relating to residential, commercial, and mixed land use as well as public events. Leo also produces the firm’s economic and demographic data provided for the Monday Morning Quarterback, an economic snapshot produced by the firm.

Mr. Velazquez has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Economics and Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
