Jill Stevenson is the Chief Operating Officer and Economist at Elliott D. Pollack and Company, where she delivers high- level economic and fiscal strategy across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients. With a client base that includes leading law firms, major real estate developers, State and local governments, non-profit organizations, sports teams and renewable energy developers, Ms. Stevenson is known for her ability to transform complex economic data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.

A recognized authority in economic and fiscal impact analysis, Ms. Stevenson specializes in developing advanced economic models, conducting in-depth tax revenue studies, and executing precise demographic forecasting.

Ms. Stevenson is responsible for the creation of Elliott D. Pollack & Company’s proprietary Fiscal Impact Models and the creator of the interactive platform fiscalimpacts.com. The models are customized applications and calculate the economic and fiscal impact of businesses in selected areas. Her work is instrumental in quantifying the financial impact of economic development initiatives on the fiscal health of local, county, and state governments. In addition, her presentations, crafted for top business executives, distill economic trends into practical, strategic insights, ensuring clarity and accessibility for leaders across industries.

Ms. Stevenson currently serves as the lead economist for conducting project specific impact analysis to the Arizona Commerce Authority and has served on behalf of Elliott D. Pollack & Company as the research economist for Maricopa County’s Office of Management and Budget. She is also past president of the Arizona Economic Roundtable.

Prior to joining Elliott D. Pollack and Company, Ms. Stevenson held roles as an economic analyst and support specialist for the southwest region of a prominent national bank, encompassing Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. There, she led the integration of extensive international and domestic economic databases, which served as the basis for organizing a printing and distribution plan for a monthly publication.

Ms. Stevenson holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an International Business Certificate from Arizona State University. Her analytical insight, strategic vision, and communication skills make her a trusted leader in both domestic and international economic landscapes.
